Mark was a co-founding Partner of M2O Private Fund Advisors in 2011. M2O received its broker dealer license in 2012. Mark has been responsible for distribution of funds and direct deals to US and European investors, origination of primary and secondary opportunities and project management.
Prior to forming M2O, Mark was a Partner/Managing Director in the Fund Placement Group at Helix Associates/Jefferies for 7 years, a Managing Director in the Private Funds Group at DLJ/CS for 5 years and founded the Fund Placement Group at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup where he worked for over 14 years.
Mark earned a B.A. from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia University. He lives with his wife in Irvington, NY and they have two grown sons.
