Luke joined M2O as a Partner in 2012 and was instrumental in the formation of the firm. He is responsible for distribution, origination of primary and secondary opportunities and project management.
Prior to M2O, Luke spent 9 years in the fund placement business at Jefferies Fund Placement Group and Mallory Capital Group. Luke previously spent over nine years at DLJ and Credit Suisse and worked primarily in equity capital markets, where he originated and executed a substantial number of IPOs and follow-on offerings across of range of industries.
Luke earned a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College, where he played soccer and baseball during his four years. He and his family currently reside in Rowayton, CT.
