Diane Rolfe

Diane joined M2O in 2018 and serves as the Director of Finance & Business Operations. She is responsible for financial reporting, compliance, employee onboarding and business operations. 

Prior to joining M2O, Diane was the Co-Head of the Bank Debt Management Group at Barclays Capital, which focused on the financial analysis, monitoring, execution and closings of leveraged loans. Her twenty-year career also included senior positions in investment and corporate banking at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust.

Diane earned a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from the Darden School of Business Management at the University of Virginia. She lives with her husband and three children in Scarsdale, NY.
